The spark behind Selby
The goal was clear—we needed to validate market interest and acquire early users by making a notoriously complex financial transaction feel safe and approachable for everyday entrepreneurs.


The challenge
In Mexico, selling a business is rarely straightforward. The traditional ecosystem is plagued by endless bureaucratic paperwork, high fraud risks that create a deep lack of trust, and severe confidentiality concerns.


The solution
To overcome these systemic fears, we structured the MVP's narrative and user flow around absolute transparency and protection. Instead of relying on dense corporate narrative, the design and copy spoke directly to the user's peace of mind.


By bridging the gap between heavy financial operations and a human-centered digital experience, the MVP turned an intimidating milestone into an approachable next step.
